Maintenance Program

Maximize Generator Performance with Our 5-Year Maintenance Agreement

Thank you for your interest in our comprehensive 5-year generator maintenance agreement. This cost-effective plan reduces the expense of annual generator maintenance while keeping your system on our priority service schedule, ensuring reliable performance year-round.

Key Benefits of Our Generator Maintenance Plan:

One of the top advantages of enrolling in our generator service agreement is routine, scheduled inspections. These preventative maintenance checks help detect issues before they affect your generator’s operation. Any findings will be clearly noted on your door tag, and a detailed email will outline recommended repairs and associated costs—so you're always informed.

We also recommend proactive battery replacement once it reaches 80% of its storage capacity. This critical step helps ensure your generator performs reliably, especially during extreme cold weather when dependable power is essential.

Enhanced Monitoring with Mobile Link:

To improve your generator's performance and monitoring capabilities, we highly recommend Mobile Link connectivity. Many newer Generac generators include a built-in Wi-Fi module compatible with Mobile Link, and we can help you set it up.

If your generator doesn't currently support Mobile Link, many models are upgradeable to the new Cellular Mobile Link, providing more reliable connectivity. For those already using Wi-Fi, upgrading to the Cellular Mobile Link system helps ensure consistent remote monitoring—even during power outages.

This generator maintenance agreement is designed to maintain your equipment in top operating condition while also satisfying the minimum requirements to preserve your Generac manufacturer warranty. Partner with us to protect your investment and stay ready for whatever the weather brings.
